The Bushido Fitness and Self-defence

 

 

The Bushido Fitness and Self-defence is a concept that will provide you with the confidence, skills and ability to successfully control a self defence situation. 

 

We concentrate more on practical application and use a variety of techniques that work from day one, rather than waiting to attain a certain belt before working on grappling techniques or advanced striking. 

 

We are also specialists at honing current Martial Arts’ skills to improve and coach for forthcoming gradings/displays/tournaments.

 

There is no fixed style within this programme which enables us to use a variety of techniques and training methods from different martial arts and exercise systems.

 

The latest addition to BFS is Martial Circuits, a high paced workout sure to give you results.  Circuits of  30 or 60 second rounds of exercises based on martial arts techniques and exercises, designed to work all areas of the body in a sequence to reduce fatigue and give maximum results from the effort put in.
